This looks like it's going to be a awesome movie starring one of my favorite hotties Milla Jovovich. Please note that isn't a sequel to Steven Spielberg’s Close Encounters of a Third Kind.

The Fourth Kind Trailer [HD]DQ

Quote
Release Date: 18 March 2010
Genre: Thriller
Plot: Fact-based thriller involving an ongoing unsolved mystery in Alaska, where one town has seen an extraordinary number of unexplained disappearances during the past 40 years and there are accusations of a federal cover up.

Can't wait for this one!

Looks real good.  During the movie preview they started talking about white owls watching through the window and it clued me in real quick what the subject was about.  It played during District 9 which had more kids in it than a Disney movie.  I laughed when during the preview the guy be hypnotized just shot up from the bed and screamed.  All of a sudden the theatre got quiet and kids were crying to the point parents had to take them out.  Too funny, another generation traumatized I guess.  Yep Milla isn't to bad on the eyes either.   I guess she will be the queen of sci/fi if you add up her movies.

Well couldn't resist and had to go watch.  I know in general people reading this review on this site will like it.  Like movies of this sort, if you believe..then you will like it.  If you don't there is nothing convincing you otherwise.  I like what the director was trying to do as far as showing the "real" case studies.  It does however make for a dry movie and would make a better rental or download.  It's almost like it should have gone straight to DVD but slipped through a slow movie season.  They changed the names in the story which makes fact checking difficult and the "source" footage looks staged and things seem to shut down at the most convenient of moments. Angry  I really hope my cameras don't do that when I finally get the big one during a sky scanning session. Yell  I'm a skeptic about the abduction phenomenon but I got a feeling this movie will vanish from theaters quickly if you still wanna check it out.  3/5
