SETI A version of SETI@home that runs on NVIDIA graphics boards
using their CUDA computing engine has been released.
The CUDA version runs up to 10X faster than the CPU version.
NVIDIA has put out a press release
about the SETI@home CUDA client and about GPU Grid.

SETI Giuseppe Cocconi, author (with Philip Morrison) of the first paper
on radio SETI,
‘Searching for Interstellar Communications’ and a central figure
in particle physics and cosmic rays, passed away on 9 November at age 94.

SETI Overland Storage donated 10 Terabytes
of network attached storage to us today (in the form of one Snap Server 18000 and two
SD30 expansion units). This will vastly help our current workunit/raw data storage
